What you’ll be doing?
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress
- Maintain project documentation and facilitate effective communication
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project tasks
- Assist in resource allocation and coordination
- Communicate with external partners and customers
- Coordinate customer services and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to collect user requirements from project stakeholders
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Experience in commercial/government project coordination/management or customer services will be an advantage
- Immediate availability is highly appreciated
